Finaly we published our Documentation-Work on YouTube. Have fun…
The IPP has ended a few weeks ago and all the participants and staff member returned to their home countries.
Our project was successful and we could help realizing necessary work for the Kinderland in Lörrach, Germany. The garden became a nice garden with a tippi, a fire-place, a small street for their tiny bobby-cars and an underwater world with testudos, fishes, algas and a friendly shark. Everything has become very beautiful
Also our documentation team could describe the 14 days in our camp. At the Open Day the parents and the children liked the final movie and could imagine how we worked and processed during the time there. I think it was great, that the participants blogged every day. I hope everyoneenjoyed it, like I did.
The local Newspaper was very interested in the IPP Lörrach as well and reported about us, our work, the participants and staff. It was very helpful for our publicity and image.
We thank all the participants, the parents and other the other good souls making the IPP to be real and so unforgettable.

Ahoj,
this is our last day. It was all great IPP with cool people. I mill miss all of them. but what did we do on our last day?
It started like every other day = breakfast. We finished everything in the garden and prepared for Open day .
Open day was fun. We saw our cool video and staff from Kinderland give us chocolate . For same of us it was the achievement of our goal of IPP. Adam left us already at 6 p.m.. I miss you soooo much ( my Ukrainian worker).
For the END I can just say. It was pleasure to be apart of this great group.
I will miss you all.
With LOVE your Misa
P.S.: Keep in touch and do not forget to visit me in Prague!!!

This was my first CISV experience and I enjoyed these two weeks very much.
I chose to participate in this project in Lörrach because I love children and I am interested in human and children rights, children development and ofcourse because I really like Germany, Germans and their culture.
During these two weeks I had an excellent possibility to learn new practical things like garden works, new children games, I got to know new people from different countries, I learned about their cultures, tasted their food.
I also enjoyed the 3 excursions which let me explore deeper the local community.
In my opinion the best part of the camp was the family event which took place today. I was very happy to see that the children and their parents liked the result of our work – the tipi and the tunnel. I liked that the children were laughing at the end of our movie made by our wounderful documentation team. It was great to see that the children and their parents enjoyed the outside activities and the cackes.
If I were given the opportunity to repeat this IPP I definatelly would take part in it again.
I am very thankful to everyone for the time we spent together because I believe that actually for everyone these two weeks were choice between classical lasy holiday our the voluntary work in IPP. And it is phantastic to see that we still have people who do voluntary works and sacrifice their spare time. Cheers and thanks for reading this blog.

Time flies. Sad but true. It’s Thursday night and tomorrow is our last day. As this was my first ever experience with CISV, i can say this: I FEEL PROUD BEING A PARTICIPANT IN OUR PROJECT, I FEEL PROUD THAT PEOPLE ALL OVER THE GLOBE CAME TOGETHER AND CONTRIBUTED IN A CAUSE THAT WE BELIEVE IN, I FEEL PROUD BEING TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE REST OF THE PARTICIPANTS AND THE STAFF AND I THANK THEM FOR BEING THEMSELVES.
So, if in 2 weeks, someone learns about spanish cheers, italian gestures, slang and how’s the mafia in Naples, German beer and of course German accent, Brazilian ngos, United States of the Sea(!!), Czeck and Polish Food(delicious kidneys), how life rolls in Costa Rica and Latvia, i think this someone is very lucky…
elo elo 3 2 0!
This morning (which was cold) we woke up earlier then usual. Basically most of us did. Some had existencional problems while standing up from the warm and quite comfortable beds. But after all we managed to catch the train at the time we planned to
of course there was SCARY moment when 4 participants were left on the other side of the train station. The train was standing on the previous stop but even though, the risk was so high that girls were screaming and running as fast as their feet let them(thanks God they didn’t have high heels on, which makes them even slower). After such a rush of adrenaline and spending another 2 minutes on the platform, waiting until dangerous train arrives, we entered the train and sat down with relief. whole exciting trip to Basel took almost 20 minutes.
When we reached our destination point, we went through the city to have a sightseeing with a man who knew polish fluently. 2 most basic curses made him as polish as he only could be ![]()
After listening to the history of Basel and watching all the high and astonishing churches we were released for freedom. We had 4 hours to consume by our own. First stop was of course the most important, the most relevant, the most amazing, the most needed thing that human mind can desire at 1pm… McDonald’s. We ate lunch, which probably costed us as much as new mercedes, but whatever. When you decide to get crazy you have to hit the flow! Even if it costs you all you saved during last two weeks ![]()
After that the time to burn all the callories came. Long and exhausting walk through the city centre, along the river side and tiny roads. dorable ![]()
We came back without Italina people. What can I say. Only the strongest can survive in this tough world. Pasta is not enough :p. After short refreshment we needed to head for garden to work! Fortunately, all that has left were some domestic jobs
. And of course we have made it! Because we are the best! ![]()
Czech meal gave us a lot of energy to finish our job tomorrow (it contained meat so I was pleased and appreciated that totally, my stomach as well).
I hope everything will work out fine and that kids will like what we were trying to achieve here. Time will tell ![]()
have a great day people! And remember… Make sure you are going in the right direction!

CAMP MASCOT
Today was a very busy day. We tried to accomplish most of our activities. While gardening team was building a fence, finishing the tipi, and mowing the lawn, the painting group finally dealt with the last of the tunnel and started to clean up the surrounding area. It was also a successful day for the docuteam, as their movie is almost ready.
Activities were prepared by the Czech and Greek delegations. We started with the best game ever: ‘who is going to eat the whole chocolate?’ After this delicious activity we made our first goodbye activity. For this activity we were writing letters to each other, which we will read after the camp. It makes me really sad to realize that the camp is almost over.
We ended the day watching a great movie: My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Everyone loved it, laughed and then we shared our memories about family life.
